Payment Methods

We accept payments issued via the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to all purchases shipping to California.  Please note that sales tax will ONLY be applied to the actual retail price of the item(s) purchased. Sales tax will NOT be applied to shipping charges. Changing or Updating Order/Shipping Address Because we immediately begin working on fulfilling your order as soon as it is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes/additions to an order or the provided shipping address after it has been confirmed. Please make sure to review the items in your Cart thoroughly as well as your shipping address prior to submitting your order. In the case that you would like to make an additional purchase additional add items to an existing order, please place a new order. 

Gift Services

All Gift Messages Are Free! You can add a gift message for each item in your order. Please make sure to include the exact message that you would like us to include in “Note To OnlyDopeStuff” prior to clicking the “Checkout Button”. We will include a  word-for-word message. Please be assured that we will not include the price on any gift orders. Adding Items to Your Cart

When viewing a product listing, you can select the size and quantity needed for the item(s) that you would like added to your Cart.  Then, click the “ Add To Cart” button to add the item(s) to your Cart. Updating/Deleting Items in You Cart Click the Cart button to view the contents of your Cart. 

Removing Items from Your Cart

To Remove an item for your Cart, click the “x” button to the far right located next to the price of the item that you would like to remove.  To Update the quantity (QTY) of the item(s) in your Cart, change the number displayed inside the quantity box. You can achieve this by clicking inside of the box and typing in the number or click the up/down arrow buttons that will appear next to the number.  Once you have deleted/updated the quantity of the item(s) in you Cart, you will need to click the “Update Subtotal” button so that the Subtotal of your Cart will reflect the changes that were made. From here you can either click the “Continue Shopping” link or click the “Checkout” button if you are ready to submit your order.

Send Us A Note!

You can always send us a note regarding your order! Prior to clicking the “Checkout” button, write us a message in “Note to OnlyDopeStuff.” When you click the “Checkout” button, whatever message you write us will be received with your order details. Examples of things to mention in your Note, “ This is a birthday gift for my best friend. Please write “ Happy Birthday Paige! Can’t wait to see you! Love- Brittany.” All gift messages are free! Please make sure to revise the exact message that you would like us to include as it will be a word-for-word message. In the case that an item needs to be received by a certain date, please make sure to specify. Depending on the timeframe, we cannot guarantee that it will be received by the date specified, but we always do our very best to delivery by that date.

Placing an Order
Once you reviewed your Cart contents and are ready to checkout, you will need to click on the “Checkout” button.  By clicking the "Checkout" button you will be asked to either create an account or login as a returning customer [if you have not done so already.] After setting up your account/logging in, you will click on the “Cart” button at the top header and then click the “Checkout” button. You will then confirm your order, select your payment method and provide the pertinent information.  Here you can confirm your shipping and billing address as well as your order details. After reviewing your information, submit your order by clicking the “Place My Order” button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and receive an email confirmation with order details and tracking number.  Verification and Shipping When placing an order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly with what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly.  When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.  

Backorder

Sometimes, we have merchandise for sale which is sold out or being restocked due to popular demand. However, you can still purchase these items in order to reserve your favorite color or size as many of our items will be made in a limited quantity. We will ship your order to you as soon as we have restocked. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is provided at Checkout. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that, in rare circumstances, we may experience delays. In this case, we will email you the new expected delivery date.
