Mailing Address

Please make sure that your shipping address provided is complete and formatted correctly. It is very important to include the Province, City, and Complete Postal Code for your country. Any discrepancy in the shipping address provided can cause you package to become lost, delayed, or marked “Returned to Sender”.

Processing Time

After your payment is processed and verified, it can take up to two days to process your order. You will receive your order between 3-7 business days from the date your order is shipped. Orders are shipped within 3-7 BUSINESS days from date of purchase (which can be up to 10 calendar days). This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Some orders may take up to 2 weeks accounting For Processing/Production Time. WE MAKE EVERYTHING IN HOUSE & Therefore, Some Orders Are MADE TO ORDER. [Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.] If rush shipping is needed, please contact us prior to ordering so that we can ensure expected delivery and figure out additional shipping costs. 

Delivery Method & Time

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service from Los Angeles. Delivery times vary based on location. Please allow 2-3 weeks for International orders to arrive. If you do not receive you order within this time frame, please contact your country's Customs department and provide them with your the carrier and tracking number for your package. We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions/delays, holiday delivery schedule/delays, etc. Please note that this is an estimate delivery time. Your order can arrive sooner or later than the average delivery times provide does NOT guarantee exact delivery dates, we are only providing a generally timeframe to better inform our customers.

Tracking Your Package

We ship all domestic orders with tracking. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can access your tracking number directly by logging into your account and view the most current status of your package(s). If your order contains multiple items, you may have multiple tracking numbers. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Delayed or Lost Package

Once we drop off your item at the post office, has no involvement in the delivery of your package(s). The United States Postal Service is responsible for delivering each package to the addressee. Therefore— In the rare case that an order is delayed or lost, it is at no fault of We are not liable for delays or lost packages. is also not liable for packages that are either held at the post office or returned to your local post office, if a) your package cannot fit in your mailbox or b) if you are not at home to accept your package. Your order will be delivered by your local post office, so your package will be delivered with your regular mail. If you are not at home when your package is delivered, you may be left a notice card indicating that you are required to pick-up your package from your local post office. It is your responsibility to pick up your package within the designated timeframe. If for some reason you miss the timeframe and your order is returned to us, we are not responsible for the covering the shipping fees to reship your order. When packages are determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, is not responsible and will not issue a refund. In the case that you have not received your package or believe that your package has been delayed, please visit your local courier service and provide your tracking number. A customs agent will be able to locate your package that way. Package Marked “Returned To Sender” In the event that your package is marked “Returned To Sender” due to an invalid/incorrect address provided, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping your order back to you. We will reship your order once we receive the cost of postage.

Please Note: If you refuse to accept the incurred shipping fees will not provide any form of refund or reship the order. Instead, the order will be marked as received.

Duties/Taxes for International Delivery

Customs authorities require that we specify the value and contents of each package directly on the shipping label of each international order. Even though rare— Custom agents have the right to release, deny, and delay the release/delivery of your package(s). We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for international orders. Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within your destination country. If applicable within your destination country, you are responsible for any and all customs charges that you may incur from your order. We are not responsible for these taxes and will not implement them. They are also NOT included in the shipping cost. These fees are collected at the time of delivery.
